Our Services  

All of our clients realize their need to protect their investment. We're proud when we can save them money on repairs or locate and resolve potential problems. We have a team of qualified and licensed contractors who we can call to resolve any issues.

If you're away from your home for two or more weeks at a time, a weekly inspection is essential to prevent serious damage caused by utilities, appliances, insects or mildew.

What You Can Expect

We visit your home or condo personally and conduct a thorough inspection including the following items:

• Check the exterior of your home for general security and wind or water damage.
• Check all landscaping has been carried out regular
• Check the pool is being maintained correctly 
• Check the A/C unit for proper temperature and humidity
• Check all doors, windows and sliders to insure they are locked and secure.
• Check refrigerator, water heater, pool pumps and other appliances for normal operation.
• Run all faucets and flush toilets to eliminate stagnant water from lines.
• Run dishwasher and garbage disposal to prevent seals drying out.

After every inspection you will receive an email with a report attached as well as any photos we might take.

All of our clients may also wish to utilize our additional services. We offer these for our clients who may need extra assistance in preparing their home for upcoming occupancy or vacancy. Addition services include:

• Airport pick-up / drop off
• Cleaning services
• Shopping
• Contractor Supervision ( on site )
• Deliveries
